Planning / Foundational Work – vision, structure, early building
Pre-Event Support – outreach, flyers, prep, programming, logistics
Day-Of Event Help – setup, welcome table, food, kids area assistance
Parent Support / Facilitation – small group conversations
Children’s Enrichment Facilitation - small group activities and engagement for kids
Advisory Board – guidance, strategy, community voice
Share resources or services with families
Co-host or sponsor events
Provide interns, volunteers, or speakers
Support family programs (respite, inclusive activities)
Contribute space, funding, or in-kind donations
Parents of children with:
Autism, ADHD, learning differences
Sensory, emotional, or developmental challenges
Parents of neurotypical children who:
Want to better support classmates, friends, and neighbors
Are curious, open, willing to learn
Care about building an inclusive community
